The Answers You Need
WHAT IS A 30-DAY WARRANTY?

National Sports offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship i.e. broken zipper, seam slippage, and missing/broken toggles or parts.

It means that your garment will be free of manufacturer defects for the practical life span of the product, but it does not mean the garment will last your lifetime.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear-and-tear, incorrect laundering, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and usage.

Be advised that repaired garments most likely will not appear brand new.

If the damage is caused by an accident during the race and can be proved by photos or any evidence, we can offer you a brand new garment for free.

Customers are responsible for the delivery fee.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If the measurements are out of tolerance (-/+ 1.5cm), we will offer you a new product free of charge.

In case of production error, the customer is required to take pictures, illustrating the cause of the dissatisfaction (including a visible measuring tape if the issue relates to measurements/dimensions) and email to nationalsportshk@gmail.com or inbox via Facebook @nationalsportshk.

If the error is confirmed, the request for return is accepted, and the customer should send all items you wish to return or exchange to us. We are responsible for the delivery fee.

Items should be returned in their original packaging.

The hangtags should be attached to the garment.

The items are in good unworn and unwashed condition.

We DO NOT accept returns for any reason except production error.
